Lab Equipment
The Psychology Labs, situated primarily in the Sarah Swift Building, are used by the School of Psychology, Sports Science and Wellbeing for research projects in areas such as perception and cognition, development and social behaviour, sport psychology and forensic psychology. There is a dynamic range of specialist equipment available including:
- VR equipment
- EEG systems
- Eye-trackers
- Driving simulator
- Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) system
- 3D Body Scanner (room RS1009) Rural Sciences Centre on the Riseholme Campus)
Lab Spaces
There is also a range of specialist labs:
- The Infant and Child Development Lab
- The Sleep Lab
- Molecular Lab
- Phlebotomy and Physiology Lab
- There are also dedicated testing booths for running computer or internet-based tasks
